Getting started with The Alchemist Pharmacy Patient App

 

1. Register - register to use The Alchemist Pharmacy mobile app. This will allow you to send your details to The Alchemist Pharmacy.

2. Login - login into App using your email and password. Once entered click "login" to enter the app and start using it.

3. Register a card - This process allows you to pin a card to your mobile device. Once pinned you will be able to send the card details digitally to The Alchemist Pharmacy. Persons can register more than one card if they have multiple cards assigned to them.

4. Registration code - This unique code is assigned when pinning a card to a mobile device. Customers should allow The Alchemist representative to scan or enter this code assigned to them in order to complete the pinning process.

5. Generate New Code - In the event the code is expired or is not being accepted at registration customers can generate a new code from within the mobile app by clicking “Generate New Code

6. Completing the PIN process/Register Card - Once a card has been sent by The Alchemist Pharmacy customers should select "Register Card" to pin the card to their mobile device.

7. Remove a card - If customers wishes to delete a card from their mobile phone simply click the trash bin icon to remove it from Mobile App. Once deleted, the card will need to be pinned again if the customer wants to add it back to the mobile device.

8. Make a card your favorite – By clicking the star/favorite icon, it will place your card at the top of the listing.

9. Contactless from your mobile phone - The Alchemist Pharmacy mobile app allows customers to use their cards from their mobile phones. This contactless method allows customers to display their code to a merchant for scanning in the store. To access your code, after registering your card select  "View" to display your code to The Alchemist Pharmacy representative for scanning.

10. Send a card to Alchemist Pharmacy - once a card has been pinnes to the mobile device users can click "Send" to send the information to The Alchemist Pharmacy for processing.

Clicking “Send” without selecting a Pickup/Delivery option if available will result in an error message.

11. Pickup or delivery option - Select your desired Pickup or Delivery option from the dropdown list. If no delivery option is shown when click in the field, chances are Merchant does not offer a delivery service or has not made it available. Contact merchant to enquire about pickup and delivery options.

                                                                                                                                                   If Pickup and delivery option is available you must select one before sending card information.

Not selecting a Pickup or Delivery option will result in an error message.

13. Attach a file and send to the Pharmacy - from within The Alchemist Pharmacy mobile app customers can attach an image or prescription and send it to the Pharmacy. To do this, simply click on the send button on a pinned card and the attachment area will be displayed. You can select a file for sending by clicking in the blank area where the paperclip is shown. Once you have selected the file click “Send” to send information to The Alchemist Pharmacy.

 

Once the card is sent merchant will confirm receipt with either a phone call, SMS or Email.
